Welcome to Bluearf. The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern all use of the bluearf.com website and any content, services, features, activities and products made available at or through the website (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service is owned and operated by Parkpilot Teknoloji ve Yazılım A.Ş. (“Bluearf,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Your use of the Service is subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all terms and conditions contained herein and of all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, Bluearf’s Privacy Policy) and procedures that Bluearf may publish from time to time (collectively, the “Agreement”).

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Service. By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to become bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions herein, you may not access the Service or use any services. If these Terms are considered an offer by Bluearf, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms.

1. Your Bluearf Account

If you create an account on the Service, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify Bluearf of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breach. Bluearf is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

2. Responsibility of Contributors

If you operate an account, comment in a forum, upload data, post material, post links, or otherwise make (or allow any third party to make) content available via the Service (collectively, “Content”), you are entirely responsible for that Content and any harm that results from it, regardless of format (text, graphics, audio, software, datasets, etc.).

3. Payment and Renewal

3.1 General Terms

By selecting a paid product or subscription, you agree to pay Bluearf the one-time, monthly or annual fees specified for that product or subscription (additional payment terms may appear in separate ordering documents).

3.2 Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel a subscription before the end of the current term, the subscription will automatically renew, and you authorize Bluearf to charge the then-current subscription price (plus applicable taxes) to any payment method we have on file.

4. Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You may cancel at any time by following the instructions inside your Bluearf workspace or by emailing legal@bluearf.com. Bluearf reserves the right to (i) modify, suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) and (ii) refuse current or future use of the Service, suspend or terminate your account, or remove any of your Content, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

5. Changes

Bluearf may amend these Terms at its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
